PERFORMANCE CONTRACTING FY2026-2027

The State Department for Roads convened the FY 2026/27 Performance Contract (PC) Drafting Meeting , bringing together departmental leadership to align priorities and targets for the 2026/27 Financial Year.
The meeting reviewed the draft Performance Contract, Annual Work Plans for FY 2026/27, and the Department's Quarter Four performance for FY 2025/26 to ensure planned interventions are aligned with the Government's Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA) 
Discussions focused on strengthening institutional performance, enhancing accountability, and delivering results-driven programmes that support the development of a safe, efficient, and sustainable road transport network.
The Performance Contract will guide the State Department's implementation during the 2026/27 Financial Year, reinforcing its commitment to effective service delivery and infrastructure development for the benefit of all Kenyans.
